Whats my current obsession?
Macbook Neo.
So here is a short review. I think the tech world is underhyping this laptop. I know, that sounds dumb when you consider how much IT IS hyped up, but for me its honestly deserving of that hype AND MORE. I'll admit im usually a form over function guy, baring the thing does the bare mininum of what i need from it, but this laptop has form and function. In the hand and in my bag it feels amazin'. Easy to lug around It weighs almost nothing (not just bc im strong).
The screen is honestly just as good as my Macbook Air M2 i had a few years ago, and the performace id say is on par with that laptop as well. Maybe im a lighter user, but I have a beefy PC if Im ever in need of real gaming, so this thing being so portable and never stuttering on me is a dream.
Gaming wise, it runs minecraft and stardew valley flawlessly, even with shaders the minecraft runs better than my ultrabook windows laptop.
Batterylife is amazing like any macbook. and the flaw everyone gripes about, the lack of a backlit keybaord, has yet to inconvinence me. I dont use the laptop in the dark often, and when i do, i have a lamp on. I dont need a backlit keyboard to see the keys, and i actually prefer not having one.
Overall, if you have the money, and you want a laptop that is portable, powerful, and just a joy to use, the Macbook Neo is a fantastic choice. I cant recommend it enough.

Whats a gym bro without his barbell?

Shes loud, bossy, hungry, and loves to cuddle. Barbell is my 2 year old torty cat! I recued her from a shelter November 9 of 2024. She will do anything for wet food. Hates it dry. She sleeps on my legs all the time, and in my lap while i game. Barbell also goes by "barb" or "kitty". When I first recued her they told me she had a head tilt, but it wouldnt impact her quality of life, or ability to function. It eventually went away, probably from all the love I gave her.
