Breakfast:
> Protein Powder Pancakes
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use Optimum Nutrition Mass Gainer Vanilla)
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients and cook on a nonstick pan. Top with fruit or sugar free syrup as desired.

- 1 banana
- 5oz cold water
- 170g Ratio Protein Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Mass Gainer Vanilla
- about 2oz frozen berries of choice (I use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries)

> Egg Tacos
This is a high fat recipe, hold back on egg yolks, and swap cheese for fat free, and sub turkey bacon if you want a lower fat option. High fat meals can be integrated into a daily intake, if your othermeals are not as fatty
- 4 strips bacon (Pan fried)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salsa optional
- 2 10inch flour tortillas
Pan fry the bacon, discard the grease, then use the same pan to scramble the eggs. Place two bacon strips on each torilla, divide cheese between the two ontop of the bacon
, and then spread eggs over the cheese to melt it. Add salsa, and wrap

Inspired by the soup resident of district twelve eat as a celebration of the life of someone who ahs passed.
- 1 1/2 cup black eye peas
- 10ounces Cured Honey Ham
- Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, Pepper to taste.
Instructions: Combine in a small crockpot with enough water to cover the ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the black eye peas are tender.
